We are currently hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate in the Baxter, MN area. This is a full-time, W-2 position offering hourly pay, paid training, weekly pay, and uncapped performance-based bonus opportunities.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build experience in wireless sales, retail customer service, customer experience, and brand representation. No previous wireless or sales experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you succeed.
As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them learn more about AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and connectivity solutions. You'll provide personalized customer service, answer questions, and help customers find options that fit their needs.
What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T products and services inside retail locations
- Engage directly with customers in a professional, friendly, and outgoing manner
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive retail experience
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions
- Help customers compare available products and service options
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and customer enrollment
- Support individual and team retail sales goals
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Stay informed on current AT&T products, pricing, and promotional offers
- Participate in ongoing product training, sales coaching, and professional development
- Work alongside team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Compensation & Employment
- Full-time W-2 employee position
- Hourly pay based on experience
