Support the Sales VP by managing calendars, meetings and business coordination as well as managing cadence with Sales and Marketing teams. Support proposals, quoting and documentation support for the Sales team, as well as draft professional communication with external parties when called upon. Perform administrative duties for the sales team and serve as an important resource in the team, help coordinate travel and logistics when required by Sales VP. Provide administrative excellence and support the VP of Sales in meeting organization and presentation preparation.

Handles intermediate administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides phone coverage and routes technical issues appropriately.
• Creates and edits documents, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
• Maintains databases and organizes both electronic and paper files.
• Manages office supply orders, facility requests, and equipment repairs.
• Arranges travel, schedules meetings, and supports calendar management.
• Assists with expense reconciliation and monthly report preparation.
• Makes outbound customer calls as directed.
• Coordinates basic admin projects and researches office needs.
• Suggests and implements process improvements.
• Supports meeting logistics and may take notes.
• Applies knowledge of office procedures and prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Acts as backup for senior assistants and supports project tracking.
• Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules.

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Exercises discretion with confidential matters.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
• Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions quickly.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $19.20 - $25.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
