What will you be doing?

• Work will include gathering and analyzing information, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, procure components and parts. Identifying solutions for customers
• Creating and processing RMAs
• Documenting necessary service actions in detail and warranty coverage
• Coordinate preplacement, repair and return shipments
• Generate quotes for out-of-warranty replacements and Repairs of industrial computers
• Assist customers with technical support for software and hardware
  
  

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent
• CompTIA A certified for ability to achieve within 6 months
• General PC hardware and software knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot PC and peripheral products at system level
• General knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be familiar with the company's safety and health policy/program

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $17,10 - $22.40 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
