What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

• Ensure effective performance of engineering assignments.
• Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
• Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
• Monitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
• Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
• Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
• Work on special projects, as directed.
• Perform other related duties and tasks, as required.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
• Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Displays leadership characteristics.
• Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking.
• Advanced proficiency with specialized software tools and programming languages as required by the role.
• Electrical or Automation Control system design.
• Supervising, mentoring or leading technical personnel.
• Leading technical projects or teams.
• Reading and understanding electrical drawings.
• Understanding of software development (Windows-based and/or PLC code).
  
  

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $99,000 - $134,000 , and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
