What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
- Supporting the design and development of engineering solutions.
- Conducting analysis and evaluations of systems and components.
- Assisting in testing procedures and interpreting results.
- Helping prepare technical specifications and documentation.
- With guidance, begin to independently evaluate and apply various engineering techniques and procedures.
- Use sound judgment to assist in adapting and modifying standard methods to address new or unfamiliar tasks.
- Learn to select appropriate tools and criteria for solving technical problems, especially those that require creative or non-routine approaches.
- Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.

- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication, and a passion for innovation in clean, safe energy.
- Salary: 27.10-35.50 hourly, with the opportunity to receive performance bonuses.
