Retail Store Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced results-driven Store Manager for our location in the Tanger Outlet. The candidate should have a proven history of driving year over year results, enjoys high customer interaction, and has had success in recruiting & developing store teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in leading a successful store team in achieving store and company goals
• Recruiting and networking skills, building brand loyalty
• Develops store team, including the ability to grow talent for upward promotion
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback
• Responsible for managing store and team productivity
• Enjoys high level of customer interaction

Is a role model to the team in both personal performance as well as customer engagement

• Responsible for all store operational functions
• Maintains excellent visual presentation standards

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Time management and organizational skills
