Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Dallas, TX. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with retail partners and distributors, meet or exceed sales targets, and identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, providing product and sales training to teams, and ensuring brand visibility within the region. The individual will also engage in business reporting, forecasting, and collaborating with the marketing team to drivei regional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise, able to develop and execute strategic sales plans, meet sales targets, and expand market share.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and sales teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in trainings, coaching staff, and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
- Knowledge of luxury retail or fragrance industry will be highly beneficial.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and creating accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for premium branding and exceptional customer experiences.
