Position Summary: We are seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in our Washington, D.C. office. This hybrid role is designed for a highly experienced EA who serves as a trusted partner to executives by anticipating needs, enabling informed decision‑making, and ensuring operational excellence, while remaining firmly grounded in executive support best practices.  This position goes beyond traditional administrative support by incorporating priority management, executive‑level coordination, and data‑informed reporting, all within a professional services environment where discretion, judgment, and precision are essential.    The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑expectations setting. They think beyond the immediate task, anticipate executive needs, and contribute to continuous improvement - while understanding the importance of accountability, and teamwork in a law firm or professional services context.  Key Responsibilities  Executive Support  Provide comprehensive, high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and correspondence.  Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to executive scheduling, priorities, and communications.  Draft, edit, and proofread executive‑level documents, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.  Manage competing priorities on behalf of the executive, exercising sound judgment and discretion to ensure time and attention are focused on the highest‑value matters.  Executive Partnership & Priority Enablement  Act as a trusted executive partner by supporting, tracking, and advancing leadership priorities.  Assist with coordination of cross‑functional initiatives by scheduling, tracking milestones, and following up on action items as directed by leadership.  Prepare agendas, capture key discussion points, and track action items for executive and leadership meetings.  Support executive decision‑making by gathering information, synthesizing inputs, and preparing concise, executive‑level summaries and briefings.  Systems, Tools & Technical Support  Serve as a power user for systems and platforms utilized by senior leadership (e.g., Outlook, document management tools, reporting platforms), ensuring efficient use and data accuracy.  Coordinate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure executives have appropriate tools, access, and support.  Assist with preparation of technical or data‑driven presentations, ensuring information is accurate and presented at the appropriate executive level.  Reporting & Executive Information Management  Prepare and distribute executive‑level operational and management reports to support leadership visibility and decision‑making.  Maintain dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools used by the executives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.  Support preparation of materials for meetings, executive reviews, and other high‑stakes internal or external presentations.    Key Skills & Attributes  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience working with reporting tools or dashboards strongly preferred.  Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling confidential, sensitive, or time‑critical matters.  Comfortable prioritizing, problem‑solving, and making day‑to‑day decisions independently within agreed parameters.  Clear, concise communicator with strong executive presence and sound tone judgment.  Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative - able to operate effectively under pressure and shifting demands.  Learning‑oriented and continuously improving, while respecting established processes and firm protocols.  Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.    Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior executive support role.  Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a law firm, professional services, or similarly structured organization.  Proven ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in an executive environment.  Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied in a support and enablement capacity.  Experience supporting partners, principals, or C‑suite executives is highly preferred.  Compensation: The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data. A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work in the office locally is: $64,000.00 - $77,000.00 You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans. All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process.
