We are seeking a hands-on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our devices. Key Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.
- Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tools, and materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
- Strong technical aptitude with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.
- Previous experience or curiosity in computer building and repair
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and move heavy objects as required.
