Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Provide physician oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants delivering wound care services.
- Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance.
- Offer clinical guidance and support for complex patient care situations.
- Supervise a team of four providers.
- Mentor clinicians and promote high standards of patient care.
- Assist providers with clinical questions and decision-making as needed.
- Attend monthly provider meetings.
- Support communication and collaboration across the clinical team.
- Help maintain consistent clinical practices and quality standards.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
- Active Medicare provider enrollment.
- Active Wyoming medical license.
- Must be located in Wyoming.
