Assistant Primary Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students. Responsibilities include helping with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing support to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Supervise students in the classroom and on the playground
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
