Fraco Services Inc. is a family-owned oilfield service company with over 35 years of experience providing well servicing, plugging, cementing, and related services across Texas and Southern Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated Secretary to support our daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage emails, filing, and office correspondence
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain organized records for jobs, vendors, and customers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field personnel
- Support management with administrative and clerical duties
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Oilfield or construction office experience is a plus, but not required
