This is a full-time on-site role based in Carlsbad, CA for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory systems, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution practices. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory levels, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The manager will also liaise with clients and internal teams to streamline logistics and improve overall performance.

• Proven experience and knowledge in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making

• Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and warehouse operations
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
