The Role
As a Marketing Account Manager, you’ll sit at the center of client relationships, ensuring projects not only get done, but get done well. Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, you’ll translate client goals into clear strategies, keep projects moving, and help uncover new ways to add value. You’ll be part relationship-builder, part project manager, and part strategist—working closely with our in-house creative teams and our clients’ decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define project scope, establish roadmaps, and delegate tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, clients, and partners to align project execution with objectives.
- Task Delegation & Execution: Assign and oversee work according to company policies while ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and client-facing documents while serving as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with leadership to develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Identify client growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to pursue them.
- Market Research & Trends: Analyze industry trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Operational Support: Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting accuracy while responding to internal and external stakeholder requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum (2) years of experience managing client relationships, and (1) year of digital marketing experience and/or exposure.
- Onsite presence required – this is not a remote position.
