Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and friendly Account Manager to service and support our extensive B2B customer base. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and our production floor.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated, client-focused problem solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing multiple corporate accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned client accounts, establishing strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep, comprehensive understanding of our apparel product lines, manufacturing capabilities, and decoration services to guide clients effectively.
- Trusted Advisor: Understand our customers' goals and timelines, ensuring our production team delivers high-quality products that meet their exact needs.
2. Business Development & Collaboration
- Account Growth: Identify strategic opportunities within your existing account list to expand business, introduce new product lines, and meet performance milestones.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales, art, and production teams to ensure order accuracy, smooth handoffs, and on-time shipments.
- Team Player: Maintain a proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to step in and assist the team in other operational areas as needed.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Software Aptitude: Experience with or a strong ability to quickly learn our core management tools: ShopVox, Airtable, Shopify, and Microsoft Office.
- Project Management: A proven ability to juggle multiple custom orders simultaneously while maintaining a sharp eye for accuracy under pressure.
- Work Style: Highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.

Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing support, account management, or customer success role (apparel, print, or manufacturing industries are a major plus).
