Overview
You will work directly with advisors supporting both retirement plan and wealth management clients—gaining hands-on exposure to client communication, plan servicing, and firm operations. This position is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in financial services and grow into a licensed, client-facing role. This is an in-office role designed to accelerate learning through direct interaction with advisors. Occasional remote flexibility may be available after initial onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Support retirement plan client communications
- Coordinate with TPAs, Recordkeepers, and Custodians
- Track deadlines and assist with ongoing plan servicing
- Manage billing for retirement plan and wealth management clients
- Assist advisors with client servicing, prospecting, and operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant exposure preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
