GATEHOUSE – OVERNIGHT | 32 HOURS | DELRAY BEACH

FPI Security Services is seeking professional, reliable, dependable, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers to join our team for a Gatehouse assignment.

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for residents, guests, vendors, visitors, and property personnel while providing excellent customer service and a visible security presence.

AVAILABLE SCHEDULE

Gatehouse – 32 Hours | Overnight

• Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current Florida Class "D" Security License
• Valid Florida Driver’s License or Florida ID Card
• Prior security experience preferred
• Professional appearance, presentation, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background investigation
• Must pass drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Access to a phone, internet, and email for scheduling and company communications
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the overnight shift
• Ability to accurately complete daily activity and incident reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the gatehouse
• Monitor and control access to the property
• Verify and authorize entry for residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles and personnel
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems as assigned
• Observe and report suspicious persons, vehicles, activity, or security concerns
• Enforce property access procedures and applicable Post Orders
• Monitor gates, entrances, exits, and designated areas
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents, guests, and visitors
• Communicate security concerns to supervisors and property management
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment throughout the assigned shift
• Follow all FPI Security Services policies, procedures, and Post Orders
