FPI Security Services is currently seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team for Gatehouse assignments.
Available Schedules
Full-Time Gatehouse – 40 Hours (Morning/Afternoon)
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Gatehouse – 32 Hours (Overnight)
- Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications
- Current Florida Class "D" Security License
- Valid Florida Driver's License or Florida ID
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance
- Access to a phone, internet, and email for scheduling
Job Responsibilities
As a Gatehouse Security Officer, your responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring and controlling access to the property
- Authorizing the entry of residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
- Observing and reporting suspicious activity
- Monitoring surveillance cameras
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Assisting with emergencies and enforcing property rules
- Completing daily activity and incident reports
