Our client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at a large-scale chemical manufacturing site. This role oversees all plant production activities while driving safety, reliability, team development, and continuous improvement in a complex, process-intensive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day production operations and support long-term planning
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance
- Collaborate with site leadership on budgeting, capital planning, and operational strategy
- Build, coach, and develop operations personnel; support training and onboarding
- Partner closely with maintenance, supply chain, and other plant functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related) preferred
- 4-6 years in plant operations, with strong experience in chlor-alkali, sodium chlorate, or pulp & paper/process industries
- Leadership experience in safety, production, and process optimization
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
