Salary: $80K-90K base bonus (10% target / up to 20% stretch)

What You’ll Be Working On
- Improving plant efficiency, process control, and manufacturing reliability
- Leading trials and process optimization efforts
- Supporting troubleshooting and on‑call production needs
- Reducing variation and improving product quality
- Supporting engineering projects, equipment selection, and change management
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
- Participating in HAZOPs, PHAs, and MOCs
Background They’re Looking for in an Ideal Candidate
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- (Strong early‑career engineers with solid internships will also be considered)
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, safety, and automation
- Someone who likes being visible on the floor and owning improvements end‑to‑end
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
