Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Industrial Engineer or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years progressive manufacturing and production operations and/or manufacturing engineering
- 5 years management experience of manufacturing engineers with success improving team performance and accountability
- Demonstrate strong project management execution and securing capital investment
- Strong knowledge and experience using Six Sigma and Lean principles
