This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an EHS professional who can go beyond compliance and build a strong safety culture, influence operations, and drive continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
- 5–10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 3–5 years of team leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and matrixed organizations
- Strong experience building and sustaining a positive safety culture
- Experience with EHS management systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
Preferred:
- EHS certification such as CSP, CHMM, CIH, or PE
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience leading cultural transformation or continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing
