FPC of North Ridge is looking for an experienced industry professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Consultant / Executive Recruiter.
No recruiting experience is required. We’ll teach you the recruiting business. You bring the industry knowledge, credibility, and relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Work with manufacturing companies to understand their hiring needs
- Recruit professionals in operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Use your industry knowledge to evaluate talent and make meaningful connections
- Develop your own network and client base over time
