Our firm has grown almost entirely through client referrals, allowing our advisors to focus on delivering exceptional advice and building lasting client relationships rather than prospecting or meeting sales quotas. We serve a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families through comprehensive wealth management, investment management, retirement planning, and tax planning.
We are seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor who is eager to learn and committed to building a long-term career in wealth management while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for someone with experience in wealth management, financial planning, client service, accounting, tax, or financial services who is looking to grow within a collaborative advisory firm.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings.
- Develop financial planning recommendations and analyses.
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, and ongoing client service.
- Communicate directly with clients and custodians.
- Assist with tax planning and tax return preparation, depending on experience.
- Research financial, tax, and investment planning strategies.
- Help implement client recommendations and follow through on action items.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows.
- Continue professional development through industry education and licensing.

Preferred
- 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, public accounting, tax preparation, banking, or financial services.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Experience preparing individual income tax returns.
- Experience with financial planning or CRM software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- CFP® certification or candidate.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- Enrolled Agent (EA).
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain.
- California Licensed Tax Preparer (CTEC).
