One of California's largest women's health organizations is looking for a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our Temecula team, providing the highest quality family planning and gynecology services to patients throughout CA.

FPA Women's Health provides full-spectrum diagnostic, preventive, and reproductive health services to more than 150,000 patients a year throughout the state of California. About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides specialized nursing services in women's health care, family planning, and abortion procedures. They deliver patient care using the medical model to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes related to family planning and surgical needs, including abortion services. Services include:
- Administration of medication abortion up to ten weeks
- Ultrasounds
- Birth control counseling
- Annual exams and pap smears
- IUC placements
- Nexplanon placements
- Infection checks and treatment
- LEEPs and biopsies
- And more
Educational Requirements
- Valid and current California license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Furnishing license
- Current ACLS certification required
- Nexplanon certification required
Other Requirements
- Some experience in women's health care is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of care
