We are looking for an Associate Planner to learn our planning process and help support our members (clients) and planning team. We are a fee-only fiduciary who specializes in helping people with more than $3 million simplify retirement complexity with a focus on coordinating investments, taxes and legacy planning.

Position Overview

This role requires current CFP designation or completion within 6 months.

Planners in this role are emerging member relationship leaders who balance direct member responsibility with continued collaboration alongside more senior planners. As an Associate Planner, you will play an important role in supporting the planning team and helping deliver a high-quality member experience. You will spend significant time working directly with members, preparing for meetings, gathering and organizing data, following through on action items after meetings and assisting with financial planning analyses.

This role works closely with the entire planning team and is designed for someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build a long-term career in financial planning.
