Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- 3 years of Emergency Service/Water Mitigation experience required
- 3 years Restoration industry experience required
- Xactimate & Symbility estimating experience preferred
- Water and Mold IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs throughout the day
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear communication via email, phone, and text
- Availability 24/7 for emergency job response
Position Summary
FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Mitigation Project Manager responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations for water, mold, and fire mitigation projects. This includes meeting with homeowners, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and managing project estimates and mitigation technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and technical expertise, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment. All applicants must successfully complete required onboarding screenings, which may include a background check or drug test.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow of the Emergency Service Crew
- Ensure mitigation projects are completed on time and within budget
- Write estimates for water, mold, and emergency service projects
- Attend weekly production meetings with leadership
- Document projects using DASH & Encircle
- Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Meet with homeowners, secure authorizations, and schedule work
- Maintain updated notes and documentation for all projects
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects
- Use company technology and adhere to all operational processes
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and stepstools as needed
Incidental Duties: Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
