This job post is for 2 locations. Fozzy's Skybox at the indoor soccer center and Fozzy's Bar & Grill on Riverside.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine to our patrons in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel welcome and appreciated
- Learn and remember the names of regular customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the bar
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced bar environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to carry on a conversation
- Ability to remember people's names and preferences
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as mixing and serving techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
