Job Summary
Foxy Coatings is a leading provider of residential polyaspartic floor coating services, specializing in concrete surface preparation, coating application, and finishing. We deliver durable, high-quality results that transform garages, patios, and other concrete surfaces.
We are seeking reliable and motivated Installers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing and applying floor coating systems on residential concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for training and advancement.
Responsibilities

Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding and prep equipment

Mix and apply polyaspartic coating systems

Broadcast decorative flakes and apply topcoats

Complete installations according to company quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 lbs

Comfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor)

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Prior installation or construction experience is a plus, but not required
