Foxy Coatings is looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and become part of a growing team.
No floor coating experience is required. We're looking for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. We'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Assisting with the installation of premium floor coating systems
• Learning concrete preparation techniques and installation procedures
• Applying decorative flakes and protective topcoats
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Working alongside experienced crew members to deliver quality results
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical work and lift 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience in construction, painting, flooring, landscaping, concrete work, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required
PAY & SCHEDULE
• Paid training provided
• Consistent work schedule with overtime opportunities
• Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed
