Weekend Day Porter (Part-Time)
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position focuses primarily on keeping restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day while assisting with light cleaning duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all restrooms throughout your shift
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other restroom supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Spot mop floors and wipe down high-touch surfaces
- Respond promptly to restroom and cleaning needs
- Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures and proper cleaning practices
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
