What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food & Beverage Control Clerk position at Foxwoods Resort Casino?
Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Accountant, the incumbent maintains record of food and beverage purchases and requisitions. Actively reviews reports compared to physical documents for accuracy and addresses variances. Reviews all other commodities as needed and/or instructed. High school diploma or GED and some accounting experience required. Must have strong organizational, analytical and recording skills. Must be detail orientated. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Required to successfully pass the department excel and office skills tests.
