SUMMARY
The Enterprise Account Director owns high-touch enterprise client accounts and operates as the primary driver of client success and growth. This role demands a proactive and strategic operator who anticipates needs, solves problems quickly, and pushes the vision of each account forward. The Enterprise Account Director leads client consultation, product curation, opportunity identification, referral generation, and site development. Deep knowledge of our website, product, warehousing, and fulfillment capabilities is essential to connect solutions and accelerate outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Client Meetings: Own and lead client meetings with clear objectives, thorough preparation, and actionable next steps.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and consistently deepen client trust.
- Client Growth: Gather insights and leverage data to drive measurable growth across assigned accounts.
- Client Service: Lead and execute all client projects across product needs and service requirements with speed and accuracy.
- Merchandising: Stay sharp on industry trends and current decoration capabilities to bring fresh, relevant solutions to clients.
- Communication: Maintain strong internal communication with warehouse, accounts payable, programs, and CE teams to keep operations seamless.
- Team Culture: Model core values and operational habits that reinforce a strong, healthy, accountable team environment.
- Professional Development: Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth while partnering with the Director of Sales as a coach and resource.
- Team Mentality: Serve as a mentor and resource for teammates, especially Account Managers, and proactively share product and process knowledge.

EXPERIENCE
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of Account Management experience
- 5 years of branded merchandise, promotional product, or print experience.
- Experience with hard goods/soft goods decoration, internal and 3rd-party decorators, ASI and PPAI supply chain, and print.
