Foxtail Pines Veterinary Hospital in Erie, Colorado is seeking an enthusiastic and ready to learn Customer Service Representative!
We are a growing general practice in the beautiful Front Range of Colorado. We offer daytime hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and a half day on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. No overnights or Sunday shifts!
Your schedule would be every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am - 6pm with two Saturday shifts a month from 8am - 12:30pm.

We are a small and fun bunch who love to make the day as light as possible during a sometimes demanding and fast-paced environment. We are seeking an easy-going, yet hard-working candidate to join our group!
Job Summary
The Client Service Representative is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with our Hospital Management Team and supporting medical staff to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the hospital. Experience working in a veterinary office is a huge plus, but not required.
Experience handling animals (preferably canine and feline), medical terminology, basic knowledge of vaccine schedule is a plus but not required . We will provide extensive hands-on training for 2-3 weeks prior to being expected to perform job duties solo.
