Responsibilities
- Office Management & Support: Maintain cleanliness and order in office and common areas.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring resources are available and restocked as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to meet daily administrative needs and process payment to vendors on time.
- Organize and secure company documents, contracts, reports, and records with systematic filing.
- Provide daily employee support to streamline workplace convenience.
- Partner with HR on welfare initiatives and oversee benefit distributions.
- Assist visitor reception and registration, arranging schedules and meeting support.
- Arrange accommodations and vehicle usage for traveling and assigned employees.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
