The Role

We’re looking for a licensed Commercial Account Manager who’s passionate about delivering top-tier service and thrives in a high-growth, high-energy environment.
In this role, you'll manage a book of U.S. commercial clients, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver. You’ll work closely with our Insurance Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding client experience, support renewals, and drive retention and growth.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for your clients, managing renewals, changes, inquiries, and solutions
- Deliver best-in-class service that keeps clients informed, supported, and happy
- Provide coverage advice and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
- Keep client records accurate and up-to-date in our systems
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely, seamless service
- Support billing, documentation, and AR as needed
What You Bring
- Active P&C license in good standing (U.S.)
- 2 years in Commercial Insurance
- Experience with major market portals and BMS (EPIC preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like HubSpot and Microsoft Office
- Strong communicator, relationship builder, and detail-oriented problem solver
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering results
