Foxlane Homes State College is looking for a responsible and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality-built homes and on-time completion. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise sub-contracts
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Order building materials and manage community assets and site budgets
- Communicate with sales and customers regularly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional construction project management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
- Customer relations experience a plus
