As a College/Campus Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting and hiring students and recent graduates for internships, co-op programs, and entry-level positions. You will partner closely with universities, hiring managers, and business leaders to build early-career talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding on campus.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level hiring
- Building relationships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations
- Attending and representing the company at career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations
- Coordinating interview schedules, offer processes, and internship programs
- Developing campus recruiting strategies to attract diverse and high-potential talent
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media outreach
- Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse
You must have a minimum 2 years experience in a college/campus recruiting role. You must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be highly organized, and are comfortable managing high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environments. In the federal and technical space, campus recruiters often focus on building pipelines for engineering, cyber, software development, intelligence, and business-related talent.
