Position Summary: Leads and motivates team quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed within a manufacturing production line environment. Arranges daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and timely delivery. Position Responsibilities: Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes. Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards. Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed. Projects staffing for daily and future production needs. Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements. May conduct safety and training programs for the production line. Mentors line staff and facilitates problem solving. Maintains and coaches standard work practices across all processes Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Strong leadership capability and experience Strong manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing understanding) General computer skills (Email, Excel) Position Qualifications: Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent Experience: 2 years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Production/Manufacturing environment Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer Disclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands. Compensation Range $20.50 - $27.51 The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
