Role Description
The Accounting Manager will lead and oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, overseeing fixed assets, and reporting processes to Headquarter in Taipei. The role will also require detailed analysis of financial data to support decision-making and regulatory compliance and communicate to Headquarter closely. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and related reporting practices
- Expertise in conducting and managing Journal Entries and overseeing Fixed Assets
- Excellent Analytical Skills for financial data assessment and decision-making
- Background in Finance principles and processes
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in a managerial accounting role is highly desirable
