Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Planning andFulfillment professional to manage and optimize the production scheduling,planning, and fulfillment processes. This role is key to ensuring the timely andefficient delivery of products, maintaining inventory control, and ensuringseamless coordination between production teams, suppliers, and customers.
Responsibilities
Work Location:San Jose, CA (on-site daily)
(The current work location is our San Jose office. This is a temporary arrangement until we move into our new facility in Sunnyvale later this year.)
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 annually,depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand,optimizing production capacity and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate production plans with relevant departments (e.g., procurement,engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment ofcustomer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure the availability of materials, and preventoverstock or stockouts.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implementcorrective actions to ensure productionefficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials andcomponents.
- Manage and update production schedules based on changes in customerorders, production delays, or materialshortages.
- Ensure that production processes comply with quality, cost, and deliverytargets.
- Support the fulfillment process by overseeing packaging, shipping, anddelivery schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, andfulfillment status, generating reportsfor management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production planning and fulfillmentprocesses to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Operations Management, or arelated field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling,and fulfillment in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency with ERP software and production planning tools.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, lead times, andmanufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals.
