- Use precision instruments to ensure components meet specifications.
- Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
- Test, diagnose and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and wiring.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient daily operation.
- Install and maintain electrical components of manufacturing machinery.
- Utilize testing devices (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes) to locate electrical malfunctions.
- Vast knowledge of operating Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) equipment.
- Analyze, review and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Participate and coordinate with maintenance personnel and production teams to support failure analysis and routine equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain detailed logs and tracking systems for maintenance of activities and records.
