Core Responsibilities
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain the organization of the kitchen line.
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and prepping items according to established recipes.
- Quality Cooking: Cook menu items to exact chef specifications, ensuring proper temperature, flavor, and presentation.
- Safety & Sanitation: Comply with food safety regulations, including proper labeling, storage, and cleaning of workstations.
- Inventory Control: Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
