- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Conduct warm calling and telemarketing efforts to promote our property management solutions to prospective clients
- Utilize software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Negotiate service agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company goals
- Develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead conversions

Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
