As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, subcontractors, pricing clothing alterations/repairs, and cash handling.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Monitor All store operations. Be able to quote clothing repair and alterations requested.
- Must be experienced in garment care and alterations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dry Clean store Operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software for efficient store operations.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Previous experience in dry cleaner store operations is required.
- Profit sharing salary or hourly can be discussed. I want quality and am willing to pay for it.
