Job Description:

Fox Valley Insurance Group is seeking a customer-oriented agent and service representative to join our team. The person will be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You must be genuinely excited to help customers. If you're patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionately communicative, you might be a great fit. An agent and service representative can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve a customer’s situation. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. It's not required for you to be a currently licensed insurance agent. We will train you and handle all your insurance licensing at no cost to you.
