✅ Implement individualized treatment plans
✅ Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or community settings
✅ Collect data on client behavior and skill acquisition
✅ Support clients in developing communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills
✅ Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors
✅ Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the client
✅ Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards
✅ Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families
✅ Be at least 18 years of age
✅ Have a high school diploma or equivalent
✅ Have a car
✅ Pass a criminal background check
