Fox Trail Memory Care Living is seeking a compassionate and driven Community Director (LPN) to lead our intimate, home-like memory care community in Princeton. This role blends clinical leadership with operational oversight to ensure residents receive exceptional care in a warm, person-centered environment.
As Community Director, you will manage day-to-day operations, guide a team of caregivers, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build meaningful relationships with families. You'll serve as the clinical point person while fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and engagement.
Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting CMAs, CHHAs, and activities staff

Hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members

Scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage

Completing resident assessments at admission, quarterly, and as needed

Overseeing medication administration and clinical documentation

Maintaining compliance with NJ DOH and company policies

Conducting internal audits and quality checks

Managing resident records and staff files
-
Communicating changes in resident condition to families and providers

Overseeing meal supply orders and home cleanliness

Leading monthly special events and supporting daily activities

Serving as the main point of contact for families

Conducting tours and partnering with marketing to maintain full occupancy

Coordinating smooth move-ins and creating a welcoming environment
Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey (required)

At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting

Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
