Here, your voice matters, your work is appreciated, and your presence makes an impact.Responsibilities:Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportAssist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydrationAdminister basic health monitoring and report any changes to the community directorOffer companionship, comfort, and emotional support to residentsLead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well-beingPerform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable environmentHelp with transporting or transferring residents safely as neededParticipate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care planningSupport a safe and nurturing living environment, attentive to residents' physical and emotional needsUphold Fox Trail's values of respect, compassion, and person-centered careExperience & Qualifications:Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license requiredCertified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferredPrior experience in memory care, senior care, or assisted living is a plusMust be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.Willing and able to lift over 75 pounds for tasks such as transferring and supporting residents safelyRequired Skills:A heart for service and compassion for individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDependability, patience, and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative care teamPhysical stamina and willingness to assist with mobility and physical careDedication to upholding the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every residentThis position is available for Full Time/Part Time/ Per Diem/ ALL ShiftsJob Posted by ApplicantPro
