The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre's premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; and three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio-covered Arcade Terrace, and outdoor Rooftop Terrace. Be Part of Atlanta HistoryThe Fox Theatre, one of Atlanta's most iconic and historic landmarks, is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to help keep our beautiful venue clean, welcoming, and preserved. Since 1929, the Fox has been a treasured cultural destination, and our housekeeping team plays a critical role in maintaining this legacy.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping of the theatre, including the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for the Fox Theatre.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and housekeeping contracted employees during event shifts or in the absence of the Manager, this position ensures efficient, timely, and safe completion of work, compliance with codes and standards, consideration for preservation and restoration expectations, and an elevation of the guest experience.
- Supervise all internal and contracted housekeeping personnel during events and in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager as needed. Ensure effective application of cleaning protocols and alignment with Fox Theatre standards; maintaining positive working relationships with housekeeping contractors and vendors as needed.
- Supervise and participate in the event cleaning needs, including the cleaning of restrooms, lobbies, seating areas, dressing rooms, support areas, exterior entrances, and more as needed, during events and between events. Cleaning techniques may include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, hauling trash, and more.
- Apply the approved protocols for effective cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the Fox Theatre interior and exterior, with an understanding and emphasis on historic spaces, materials, and finishings, and preservation and restoration expectations, that meet agreed-upon standards (like Global Biorisk Advisory Council, OSHA, etc.). Assist with training housekeeping personnel in the safe and proper usage of all housekeeping supplies and equipment based on those standards.
- Conduct inspections during events and in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify safety concerns, cleaning needs, or necessary repairs and maintain regular cleaning logs and audits.

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience is a supervisory role in housekeeping
Preferred Education:
- Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) accreditation or training
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a historic building
- OSHA Safety & Health Specialist Certificate
- Requirement to work extended or irregular hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Continuous physical activity throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently traverse the building, including multiple floors and stairways
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work extended or irregular hours including frequent evening, weekends, holidays as needed
